Rødder at Nørrebro

So once again I teamed up with the 3 extraordinary chefs Martin Marko, Solfinn Danielsen and Esben Grundtvig that make up  'Rødder'.

As explained in my first entry about them, they focus on local organic ingredients and biodynamic wines. This time around they served snacks, 4 courses and dessert and put the dot over the I with a home made petit four. All accompanied with mindblowing wines!

I hope you enjoy the pictures and that they do justice to the produces.

Next time I join them in Kødbyen, where they do a more affordable menu - you should come!
